Ordering custom embroidery is simple. After looking through our merchandise catalogs for that perfect item,
let us know what you would like by using the CONTACT PAGE. If you are unable to find what you are looking
for, let us know that as well and perhaps we can order it for you. We will get back to promptly with pricing
and the estimated time to complete your project.
We accept: VISA, Mastercard as well as CASH, CHECK or Money Order.
Payment is required at the time order is placed, and must be cleared prior to shipment.
All orders are considered custom, and we accept NO RETURNS for any reason.
If payment is by check, returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee and no further orders will be
accepted from the same customer by this payment method.
We try to keep the pricing simple, but there are a couple of things that may effect the price of your order.
1. The number of stitches in the design
2. Any digitizing cost for the design, or stock design purchase.
3. The number of locations being embroidered on the item.
Pricing is generally based on the number of stitches in the finished design. However to keep it simple by charging
a flat rate of $6.50 for embroidery of designs that less than 5000 stitches, and .90 cents per 1000 stitches
thereafter. (Example of a design with 8500 stitches would be $6.50 + 3.15, total per sew is then $9.65).
On a complete custom order set up, stitch count and per sew price will be quoted upon receipt of your artwork.

your ideas for color, type of garment or accessory we will be sewing on, and any other information you feel
necessary for us to be aware of. The more accurate information we receive the better we will be able to provide
an accurate price. We generally provide one sample sew out for approval prior to sewing on any finished
garment. Additional sample sews related to changes will be charged at full embroidery price. After quote is
provided, full payment of set up charges must received prior to commencement of the project. Changes to
artwork are subject to additional fees. The set up fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. A copy of the embroidered file may
be provided upon request in a .dst (Tajima) format, which is readable by most commercial embroidery shops.
Each location on the item that is embroidered will be charged separately. Difficult areas to access on the item,
may be subject to a surcharge.
Unlike most commercial embroidery shops, we do not impose a minimum order size.
Freight and Shipping
Certain freight and shipping charges may be applied to the final invoice. We will always attempt to consolidate
multiple orders for the best possible shipping rates. Should additional fees for shipping be required, we will notify of
this charge prior to the final order being placed and accepted.
