Ordering custom embroidery is simple,, after looking thru the merchandise catalogs for the perfect item,,, finding the
perfect design from the 1000's available,,, let us know what you like thru the CONTACT PAGE... We will get back to  
with final pricing,, and estimated time to complete your project.

Payment Choice

Methods of Payment include VISA, Mastercard and American Express, as well as the old standby of CASH, CHECK
or Money Order

Payment is required at the time order is placed, and must be cleared prior to shipment.

All orders are considered custom,  we carefully inspect each garment prior to sewing, and verify the embroidery and
embellishment before it is sent .  We accept NO RETURNS for any reason.

If payment is by check, returned checks will be charged $25.00 fee and no further orders will be accepted from the
same customer by this payment method.

Pricing Information

We try to keep the pricing simple for our customers,  there are a couple of items that will effect the price of your
order.       
    1.  The number of Stitches in the Design
    2.  Any Digitizing cost related to the Final Design, or stock design purchase.
    3.  The number of locations being embroidered on the apparel      

    Stitch Count - Pricing is primarily based on the number of stitches in the finished design.  However to keep it       
     simple by charging a flat rate of $6.50 for embroidery of designs that less than 5000 stitches, and .90 cents          
     per 1000 stitches thereafter.  (Example of a design with 8500 stitches would be $6.50 + 3.15, total per sew is        
     then $9.65.

    Digitizing - On a complete custom order set up, stitch count, and per sew price will be quoted upon the receipt    
     of your artwork,,,, you can either e-mail a .jpg file or send via snail mail to PO. Box 2413, Tualatin, Or  97062,,      
     please include your ideas for color,,, type of garment or accessory we will be sewing on, and any other                  
     information you feel necessary to get accurate information... The more accurate information we receive the           
     better we will be able to give an accurate price the first time.  Final price is based on complexity of the design        
     and the size.  We provide one sample sew out for approval prior to sewing on any finished garment,,,                    
     additional sample sews will be charged at full embroidery sew price.  After quote is provided, full payment of set    
     up charges must received prior to work beginning. No additional charges will be added to set up, unless                
     changes are made from original artwork, or after work has begun.  The set up fee is NOT REFUNDABLE for          
     any reason.  A copy of the embroidered file will be provided upon request in a .dst (Tajima) format, readable by    
     most commercial embroidery shops.

    Number of Locations - Each location that is embroidered will be charged separately.  Therefore the more          
     locations that are embroidered on the apparel, the higher the price will be per item ordered.

Order Size - There is no minimum order here,,, order 1 or 100.

Freight and Shipping - Some Freight and Shipping could be applied to final order,,, we order multiple orders and
items together for the best shipping rates possible.  We will verify that information with you prior to the order placed.
